Construction slag disposal system

As a product of shield tunneling process, the shield slag formed by shield tunneling shows various forms such as plastic, soft plastic and fluid plastic according to different geological conditions and different tunneling equipment. Among them, the slag produced by the mud and water balance shield is in the state of flow plastic; the slag produced by the earth pressure balance shield is mostly in the state of plastic and soft plastic, and in the extreme case, it may even present the state of flow plastic.

Shield slag processing equipment and process: shield slag will be passed through shale shaker for the first screening process, sieving out solid and liquid, large particle size slag and small particle size slag; then the second step of dewatering process using mud cleaner to bring the moisture content to the preset standard.
 
The slag treatment system can make full use of the shield slag, which is green and avoids the cost of slag transportation; it can recycle water and save resources.
