Sludge Dewatering Unit - Centrifuge

The sludge dewatering centrifuge is the main equipment in the sludge dewatering project. The original sludge dewatering process equipment adopts a centrifuge, and the quality of the effluent will be greatly improved. Compared with the vacuum filter of the same capacity, the sludge dewatering centrifuge has a small footprint, good separation effect, high separation efficiency, compact structure and low construction capital cost.



Sludge dewatering centrifuge equipment structure: pulley, transmission, body, machine base, outlet, feeding screw, drum, bearing seat, feeding pipe, clarified liquid outlet, sludge outlet; sludge dewatering centrifuge It is a decanter centrifuge. The base is a cuboid and is fixed on the ground with four brackets. The upper surface of the base is rigidly connected to the "concave" shaped support base. The main body is cylindrical and connected by bolts. It is fixed on a bracket. The left side of the bearing seat is fixed by the transmission bolt, the left side of the transmission is rigidly connected with the pulley, the right side of the bearing seat is fixed by the feeding pipe, and the casing in the screw is rigidly fixed with the conveying screw. The upper surface of the conveying auger is equipped with a rotating drum. The drum is conical. Below the delivery auger is the outlet at the bottom of the housing. The clarified liquid outlet and the sedimentation outlet are respectively fixed at the left and right ends of the bottom surface of the base.

The working principle of the sludge dewatering centrifuge: When the sludge dewatering centrifuge is running, the drum and the conveying screw rotate in the same direction and high speed at a certain differential speed, and the materials are continuously introduced into the inner cylinder of the equipment. The conveying screw is accelerated from the feeding pipe, and then enters the drum. Under the influence of the centrifugal force field, the heavier solid particles are deposited on the drum wall to form a precipitation layer. The conveying screw continuously pushes the settled solids towards the bowl and removes it from the machine through the outlet. The lighter liquid phase forms an internal liquid ring that continuously overflows the bowl from a bypass at the large end of the bowl and exits the machine through the outlet.
 
Due to the deep exploitation of most oil fields, the amount of sludge to be treated is increasing. The sludge composition is complex, and the processing technology, equipment and technical requirements are high. Therefore, comprehensive sludge treatment is an urgent and important process.
