1. Mud-water separation
In the process of drilling and pouring, a desander and a vibrating screen are used to separate small gravel, sand and other solid particles in the mud, and the separated mud is discharged to the first sedimentation tank, the second sedimentation tank to the third sedimentation tank to make it fully For sedimentation, the mud pump is installed in the three sedimentation tanks for mud circulation. 2. Treatment of mud ballast mixture:
① The sludge cleaned out in the sedimentation tank is transported to the evaporation tank and allowed to dehydrate and solidify naturally.
②The dewatered drilling ballast is used as the filling material for the roadbed filling, or transported to the storage yard, or backfilled in the earth borrowing pit.
③The dry mud formed after natural dehydration and solidification is backfilled into the abandoned mud pool on the spot. The sedimentation mud ballast is transported to the evaporation tank, and the clean water is recycled.
