1) Improving the slurry feeding mode at the top of the flocculation tank by adopting a spiral feeding tank to ensure that the slurry and flocculant are fully mixed, and then the slurry is fed straight into the bottom of the flocculation tank through the central feeding pipe to ensure rapid sedimentation of the slurry.
(2) The flocculation tank is reasonably designed with a diameter of 3.6 m and a height of 6 m, which is convenient for modular combination and transportation.
3) To improve the efficiency of subsequent filtering, the concentration at the bottom of the tank is controlled at about 30%.
4) Intelligent monitoring of the flocculation tank level and the depth of the flocculated and precipitated mud at the bottom of the tank.
(5) The bottom of the flocculation tank is equipped with backwashing equipment, which can be unblocked in time when 収生 blockage occurs, without manual intervention.
