Oily sludge refers to the oily solid waste produced in the process of oil extraction, transportation, refining and oily sewage treatment.

The main purpose of the oily sludge treatment system is to remove the suspended solids in the water injection system, improve the water quality of the water injection and the quality of the discharged sewage, and at the same time, solve the environmental pollution caused by the sludge from the tank cleaning.



GREEN Oily sludge treatment system is to add oily sludge treatment chemicals to hot wash the oily sludge, then carry out multi-stage separation through the GREEN solid control oily sludge treatment equipment, and separate the oily sludge into oil, water, solid and other products. The separated oil can be sold to refineries, the water can meet repeated hot washing, and the solid phase oil content can usually reach below 2%, and then enter into thermal desorption or biodegradation, and the result reaches 0.3%, realizing harmless treatment.
